    Yeah, this one was good. Not sure about if it's space-opera, but it was good. Much better than the short-story "Merchants of Venus".

    I'm not sure how this won so many awards, it about a druggy alcoholic guy who spends most of the book in Psychotherapy and whining about his life. At one point he beats up one of his girlfriends for cheating on him even though he is sleeping with multiple women. It's only Sci-Fi because it take place in the future. I don't know anyone that would enjoy this rubbish.
