Margaret Brundage (December 9, 1900 – April 9, 1976) was the first female artist to contribute artwork for the pulp magazines, and certainly the most popular artist for Weird Tales, for whom she contributed erotic covers featuring scantily clad women from 1932-1945. A retrospective work was put out in 2013 by Stephen D. Korshak and J. David Spurlock through Vanguard titled The Alluring Art of Margaret Brundage (in paperback, hardback and a deluxe hardback w/slipcase).
