SF/F Reading in November 2017

    I found three quarters of it fairly boring if I'm being honest. Started great and ended well, but everything inbetween was a bit of a chore.

    It's one of those where i can fully appreciate why it's a classic and at the top of so many 'best of' lists, but it just wasn't to my tastes. Maybe if I'd read it shortly after it's release I'd have felt differently.

    Well, I can see why Dune is not for everyone. It is a slow, introspective story. And as I love Dune, you didn't stand a chance...:p

    I've noticed that the only mods who read now are you and Sneaky. I tried it but it wasn't for me.

    I still do. Always got a kindle book on the go as well as an audiobook. Much prefer reading to listening, it's just that I get more time to listen than to read. Like when I'm sat on a train (like I am right now)
