    My favorite cartoon from childhood has got to be Hong Kong Phooey. I used to enjoy Darkwing Duck in college, though.

    Loved him! He was so wonderfully clumsy.
    This reminds me, somehow, of the series Get Smart, the original from the late 60s, early 70s. I giggled so much with Maxwell, Agent 86...

    Voltron was another of my favorites. I hear that someone is remaking it.

    My early childhood was a mix of Hanna&Barbera and short cartoons imported from communist eastern europe.. i remember Mezil Family.. then polish and czech live-action fairy tales, perfectly dubbed and better than the Witcher. Then, half of primary school, everything became japanese overnight, Go Nagai everywhere, Tatsunoko. Gundam was the best, not intended for export, it was dubbed in italian only by chance, but was an instant success here.
